Apartments Villa Verde are an adult-only type of accommodation located in Musalež, 5,5 km away from Poreč city center and Old Town. Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consists of 4 apartments on the ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal, as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities.The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

Our apartments are situated in a quiet neighbourhood just a kilometar away from the center of the old town of Poreč, from the beach and all the shopping centers where you can buy all your groceries. All three apartments are located in the same house, where I live with my family. This apartment has a kitchen, a nice living room with a comfortable couch, a two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace with the view on our big garden with barbeque. In front of the house there is free parking.

The apartment is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood, just a 5-10min walk to the city center and the beach. The apartment is suited for families and people who want to have a nice, relaxing and tranquil vacation. It is not suitable for parties and all night drinking, talking and dancing. * The problem with the air conditioning has been fixed!
