Dvije spavaće sobe od kojih jedna ima izlaz na balkon, jedna kupaonica i jedan toalet. Novoizgrađeno u prizemlju, 2 sobe, 1 kuhinja, 1 kupaona, veliki dnevni boravak. Na dvorištu je bazen s namještajem ispod pergole, 8 ležaljki za sunčanje i vanjski tuš. Vanjski dio kuće i dvorišta je pod video nadzorom

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.
