Ova moderna villa s bazenom za 6-8 osoba nalazi se na području otoka Vira naziva Straža.Villa ukupne stambene površine 100 m² nalazi se na ograđenom imanju 200 m². Stambenu površinu ville čine 2 apartmana. Prvi apartman se dijeli na dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dvije spavaće sobe (jedna s bračnim krevetom i jedna s dva odvojena kreveta) te kupaonicu s tuš kabinom. Drugi apartman se dijeli na dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, jednu spavaću sobu s bračnim krevetom te kupaonicu s tuš kabinom. Trgovina i restoran nalaze se na udaljenosti od 350 m a centar otoka Vira na udaljenosti od 2000 m. Najbliža plaža, plaža Miljkovica nalazi se na udaljenosti od 450 m od posjeda.
