The Island of Pag has the most indented coast of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea (270 km) and 84 km of the coast are gravel & sand beaches. The access to the island is via a ferry (Prizna - Zigljen line) or the bridge (bridge of Pag). Average monthly temperature from May to September is above 20°C. The richness of the aromatic plants - and herbs with healing properties - which grow on the island give the local food (like sheep's cheese or lamb) a unique flavour. Local industries are collecting and processing sea-salt and lace-making. The island also boasts scientifically-acknowledged healing mud. The city of Pag is the oldest town on the island (on 30th March.1244, Bela IV granted it a charter to confirm its free royal status). The town itself has 20 km of sand beaches. The city beach is ideal for sport & fun and it is appropriate & safe for children. Near the beach there are also restaurants and cafés. Ova moderna villa s bazenom za 6-8 osoba nalazi se na području otoka Vira naziva Straža.Villa ukupne stambene površine 100 m² nalazi se na ograđenom imanju 200 m². Stambenu površinu ville čine 2 apartmana. Prvi apartman se dijeli na dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, dvije spavaće sobe (jedna s bračnim krevetom i jedna s dva odvojena kreveta) te kupaonicu s tuš kabinom. Drugi apartman se dijeli na dnevni boravak, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, jednu spavaću sobu s bračnim krevetom te kupaonicu s tuš kabinom. U oba dnevna boravka nalazi se po jedan kauč na razvlačenje za još jednu osobu. U dvorištu ville nalazi se bazen (22,5 m²) opremljen ležaljkama, suncobranom i vanjskim tušem te natkrivena terasa 12 m² sa vrtnim namještajem i roštilj. Klima uređaj, bežični pristup internetu, televizija sa satelitskim programima, perilica suđa, perilica rublja, dječji krevetić i visoka stolica te parking na posjedu dostupni su bez nadoplate. Trgovina i restoran nalaze se na udaljenosti od 350 m a centar otoka Vira na udaljenosti od 2000 m. Najbliža plaža, plaža Miljkovica nalazi se na udaljenosti od 450 m od posjeda.
