Villa on the sea with Jacuzzi & heated pool

this brand new villa is located in a unique location next to the beach. The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset will leave you breathless. The house consists of four bedrooms , living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms two guest toilets a roof terrace and a yard. two bedrooms have their own bathroom. all bedrooms have air conditioning and TV. The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Uživajte u kući na dva kata, na katu se nalaze 3 spavaće sobe, toalet sa kupatilom,dnevni boravak sa televizijom i terasa sa pogledom na more. U prizemlju je jedna spavaća soba,takođerkupatilo sa wc-om i perilicom za robu i kuhinja za 10 ljudi, pećnica, perilica suđa, kuhalo za vodu.Na oba kata nalazi se klima i wi fi. Vani vas čeka dvorište,koje uvijek ima hlada u vrućim ljetnim danima, te veliki roštilj. Kroz dvorište se prolazi na plažu, udaljenu svega 10 metara.

The 2018 build Villa Pag Sea View is a 2 storey semi-detached house, located about 6 km away from the historic city of Pag on the island of Pag, that can be reached taking the scenic coastal road. Villa Pag Sea View is bordered by an old oak forest and sits at the base of Sveti Vid, the highest peak on the island with 348 m above sea level. A marked hiking path next of the house leads directly to the top of Sveti Vid, offering a stunning view of most of island.

Apartman se sastoji od prostrane spavaće sobe sa bračnim krevetom, opremljene kuhinje u sklopu dnevnog boravka( gdje se nalazi još jedan pomoćni krevet), kupaonice i terase sa pogledom na more.
