Velika krovom natkrivena terasa, ugodan namještaj, dnevna soba s kuhinjom i blagavaonom. Vešmašina, klima, dva velika trosjeda na razvlačenje kupljena prije godinu dana. TV. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a bath , shower, washing machine. One bedroom with king bed, living room with Sofa Bed for 2 Persons. The beach (200 m) - pebble or stone, can be reached within a 2-minute walk and the city centre is 700 m away (10 minute walk).

Vrlo dobro pozicionirano, sve je dovoljno blizu, cca 5 do 10 minuta. iIma dovoljno prostora i za sve rekvizite za more, i moguće je spremiti i bicikle ili daske za jedrenje. ima vanjski priključak za vodu, pa je pogodan i za ronioce. a oni koji imaju svoje plovilo, pogled je upravo na uvalu Sv.Martin i malu luku.
