Basement studio This studio is located in the basement of the house but has natural light from 2 windows. It does not have direct access to outdoor but from a stairs you can access to the garden and the heated swimming pool. The studio has everything you need for your stay, kitchen, bath room, 4k smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, ...) The house has 5 apartments and one studio and is 100m from the sea. My place is close to centre, family-friendly activities. First restaurant is just 3mins walk.

You will appreciate my accommodation for the view, the location, the heated swimming pool and its Mediterranean garden, the people and the atmosphere.

Novouređeni studio La Vita è bella veličine 25m2 nalazi se u suterenu obiteljske kuće.Od plaže je udaljen 300m,restorana 100m,trgovačkog centra 300m i centra 70 m.Gosti na raspolaganju imaju kuhinju (hladnjak,štednjak,kuhalo za vodu,aparat za kavu,mikrovalnu pećnicu), bračni krevet za spavanje i kupaonu, te klima uređaj. Mogu se služiti TV-SAT i besplatnim WIFI. Parking se nalazi ispred kuće,kao i terasa namjenjena gostima. Okućnica je osigurana video nadzorom.

Our blue apartment is on the high ground floor of the house and there is another 1 bedroom apartment on the same floor, the yellow one. It has one bedroom, kitchen with living room where is extra bed for 1 person, bathroom and a balcony! There is a shaded parking and charging station for the cars!
