Stan je u potkrovlju obiteljske kuće te je moderno uređen. U sklopu smještaja dolazi veliki TV s Playstation-om 4, četiri klima uređaja, perilicom posuđa, perilicom rublja, indukcijskom pločom, pećnicom te frižiderom side-by-side, parkingom te grill-om u sklopu dvorišta.

Većina marketa i drogerija nalazi se u centru grada, udaljeni su 10-15 min hoda od apartmana.
