Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

Villa Martius for 10-12 people 500m from the beach

This charming villa is ideal for large families or groups of friends. It has a swimming pool of 40 m². The beach is 500 m away. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. One of the bedrooms is specially designed for children. The living room leads to a large terrace. There is also a barbecue area. On the first floor there are three double rooms, three bathrooms and a balcony. All bedrooms have air conditioning and free WiFi.

Uživajte u atraktivnoj,novoadaptiranoj kući za odmor u centru starog grada,na fantastičnoj lokaciji. Kuća za odmor OTI nalazi se u drevnome starom gradu Cresu,odmah do povjesne palače Moise. More je udaljeno nekoliko minuta pješice od kuće kao i plaže. U blizini na samoj rivi nalaze se restorani, kafici i dućani. Dnevni boravak i sve sobe opremljene su sa klima uređajem i smart tv-om. Otok Cres je mostom kod Osora vezan sa otokom Lošinjem te je moguće ga posjetiti sa automobilom.

Round house by the beach

Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar tree and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.

Picturesque house by the sea with wonderful view

Very calm and quiet place to relaxs and enjoy your holidays. The house is sorounded with green nature and there is lot of fresh air. Morning and evenings are the best in Merag. Never is too warm. Three terraces and two bathrooms are the best benefit of the place, privat parking too. Kitchen is well equiped, there is TV/Sat in livingroom. In one of 3 bedrooms you have to go through another bedroom. There is electric Grill in the house.

The apartment has a balcony with a sea view. Is located on the second floor of the house by the sea. Distance from the town center and shops is 100 meters. The apartment near the restaurant "Koralj". If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.
