On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Holiday house "Iva" is located in an isolated place on the end of the village, offering a magnificent view of the sea,only30 m away. Seaview offers from all bedrooms. The house has a large terrace, also with sea views.The house has air conditioning on the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room, and one bedroom are located. The two bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans instead of air conditioning. As the house is quite old, it may become warm inside during very hot summer days.

Apartman Medena 1 nalazi se u gradu Cresu u predjelu Melin II u prizemlju privatne kuće. Udaljenost od centra i plaže iznosi 250 m. Smještaj uključuje ograđeno dvorište s vrtom i besplatnim parkingom te prostorom za sunčanje i roštiljanje. Jedinica uključuje sobu sa televizijom i klima uređajem, odvojenu kupaonicu i kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, mikrovalnom pećnicom, kuhalom za vodu i ostalim kuhinjskim priborom. We will do our best to give you advice on the most beautiful places on the island that are worthy to visit so you have a perfect vacation.

NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.
