Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Porozina is a small village of about 80 holiday homes. The village is very peaceful with a beautiful nature. Consequently, after 10pm it is not uncommon to see deer and their calf walking by the fence or even on the street. The virgin beach is a 5min walk away.
