Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Welcome! We rent out our lovely family home with a garden. It is best suitable for a family or a couple. Our house is a characteristic, totally renovated sustainable house. It is situated in a calm area but at the same time close to the city centre. You can enjoy everything Amsterdam has to offer and relax in our recently renovated house. We do not use natural gas, everything in our home is based on (green) electricity. You have full and private access to the house during your stay!

Ontspan in volledige privacy, verken het polderlandschap aan de Vecht, en parkeer comfortabel op het erf. Amsterdam en Utrecht slechts op 25 min rijden. Een serene hide-away voor wie rust en luxe zoekt. Geen vrijgezellen, drugs, of feestjes. De heerlijk verwarmde jacuzzi is bedoeld voor ontspanning en geen andere activiteiten.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Enjoy our ‘houseboat' on the Amstel River next to City Centre. 240m2 , 2 fireplaces ,3 terraces all around. Swim, sunbath or take our Sup-boards in Amstel water. PLEASE NOTE; WHEN BOOKING FOR 4 PERSONS IT THEN INCLUDES ‘the second bedroom’ which is a separate private studio (with kitchen, bathroom, double bed see pictures) own entrance and key! The price will be then changed with 150€ PP extra. PS; WE DON'T ACCOMODATE PARTIES OR GROUPS!

A lovely design apartment ‘Amsterdam School’ style. 5-minute walk from Muiderpoortstation, located in the vibrant, happening Indische Buurt. In contrary to many listings this is an actual home where I am living and not a rental business (Airbnb oldstyle) so keep this in mind when booking. Its not an hotel or commercial rental but this means an authentic living experience with insiders info what Amsterdam is really about :-)
