Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

This charming apartment has all the usual amenities plus a few that harken back to some of its past reincarnations. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.

I built this place myself from the ground up to provide a high end experience for visitors to the Denver area. High ceilings with south facing transom windows let in tons of natural light. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with high end fixtures, glass, tile and quartzite countertops. 1800s Victorian cast iron coat hanger at the top of the stairs to hang your coat! Master suite boasts a SLEEP NUMBER bed! Private, paved path to the entrance!

This detached studio guesthouse is located 7 miles south of Denver, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Englewood and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. The studio is fully renovated and is perfect for one or two travelers. It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a private entrance with a small patio. There is plenty of street parking available, with a Starbucks and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away.
