HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Most of Barcelonas treasures are just a stroll away. This well equipped and spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a typical ¨modernist¨building of the beginning of the 20th century. Please know that the apartment is interior. This means that there is little day light. The apartment is well lit and has a nice ambience.
