Situated in the hamlet of The Wern nestled between the villages of Three Crosses and Gowerton on the edge of the Gower Peninsula, with stunning views of the Estuary and part of the Gower Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a convenient, comfortable and picturesque location in which to explore the magnificent beaches (see photos) of Gower, the city of Swansea and the wider South Wales area.

We are a cosy base for up to 2 guests to relax after a day of exploring. Private off road parking included. Access to The Cabin is through the garden of the main house. Pets on request only.

Hideaway Cottage - explore beautiful South Wales

Newly refurbished in the perfect location to explore South Wales. We are a dog friendly cottage with a fully fenced (6ft+) secure garden. With the Loughor Estuary and the Wales Coastal Path within walking distance. Situated close to the Gower, with a number of beautiful beaches and coastal walks. An hour's drive to the Brecon Beacons National Park with its amazing hills, forests and waterfalls. About an hour and a half drive leads to both Tenby and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

The Little Grebe

If you want the sound of birdsong and farm animals and a completely rural experience, drive up the mountain road and join us at our smallholding where we have an abundance of wildlife. We have spent the past few years lovingly restoring the stonework, oak floors and beams, fitting a modern kitchen with reclaimed worktops and a shower room with handmade wooden unit. Private patio with your own access to the property and a lake to walk around, although wellies may be needed sometimes!

Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. This pod has full use to its very own private hot tub!
