This magnificent farmhouse has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on 180 acre farm directly on the Caney Fork River. It is very isolated and the view from the wrap around porch is spectacular. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.
