The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

There are many lovely spots to enjoy; meadow for sundowners, private 1 mile walk - perfect for dog owners, fenced garden with barbecue and fire pit for star gazing.

Built brand new for 2019, The Snug is a cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet just 50 yards from the cliff tops. It’s a stones throw from Porth beach and the entrance to the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist alike gather with their cameras to capture that perfect sunset. Or borrow our Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Snug itself is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. Emerald Seas is a two bedroom apartment with amazing views across Carbis Bay to St Ives. Just minutes walk to beautiful Carbis Bay Beach with its award winning facilities and a water sports centre. The apartment is a short stroll to the train station where you can join the branch line either in to picturesque St.Ives (three minutes on the train) or to connect to the main train line. The stunning South West Coast path is a stones throw from the property. Private parking included.
