It's everything you could want in a beach shack - only a minutes walk from the waves, with a beautiful indoor fireplace, deck to catch the last of the days rays, cosy nooks to relax, full size kitchen for cooking epic meals shared around the dining table and French linen clad beds for the dreamiest, holiday sleep-in's.

Riverside Retreat … with beautiful water views

Located at the calm waters of the riverfront you can watch the yacht racing, Oscar W paddle steamer pass by or casually walk along the shore to the cafes & the local activities. Comfortable furnishings throughout, the master bedroom has a postrepedic king sized bed & views of the water. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. There is also a small public jetty in front. Walk or ride anywhere! Maybe catch the train to Victor or cruise the river. Everything is a few hundred meters!

Includes lounges set up for comfort. Large rear deck and fully fenced back yard. We love to travel and have set up our beach house with all the things we think you need for a great break. Fur babies welcome, please remember their bed or blanket. ENJOY No WiFi,just board games, cards, relax and fun.

Seaspray at Goolwa Beach is a well loved family beach house - 2 storey house with 5 bdr, 3 bth, separate living areas, reverse cycle AC, family room with pool table and is approximately 250m from magnificent Goolwa beach. There is ample parking for 4+ cars. Both front/back yards are lawned for plenty of play space, and backyard is fenced. Outdoor settings on front balcony and back porch. WIFI provided.

Perfect for small family. Stairs to level one. No pets. No smoking. BBQ on balcony Shared courtyard and front lawns overlooking Southern Ocean & Horseshoe Bay.
