This nice completely private Tiny house is located in the middle of "het Gooi" and within walking distance of the station (Bussum-Zuid). Forest and heathland within a few minutes' walk. Ideal location in relation to the historic cities of Amsterdam and Utrecht, with car or train connection (within 30 min.). Bussum is also a fantastic location for the city tripper and business traveller. It is close to Hilversum Media Park, beautiful nature and "around the corner" the fortified city of Naarden.

In het pittoreske Nigtevecht, maar toch dichtbij Amsterdam, staat het uniek gelegen vakantiehuis aan de brede rivier/ meer de Vecht. Het chalet staat op een groot vrijstaand perceel, direct aan het water met vrij uitzicht over de landerijen. Met prive parkeerplek. Een heerlijke plek voor de rustzoeker. De Zwerver is het oudste woon- en atelierschip van Nederland. De Zwerver is gebouwd in 1900 op scheepswerf De Vlijt in Oude Wetering. Kunstenaar, architect en ontdekkingsreiziger Wijnand Otto Jan Nieuwenkamp ontwierp het als woonboot maar gebruikte het tevens als mobiele atelier- en tentoonstellingsruimte. Het schip is volledig gerestaureerd, van alle gemakken voorzien en wordt tegenwoordig gebruikt als accommodatie om te overnachten én vergaderen.

Feel welcome at our place! Our house is light, spacious, and comfortable. We have a small backyard. Three bikes are at your disposal. It's situated in a very nice and green area. There's a playground in the street and grocery shopping is just around the corner. We are near the fortress of Naarden, the centre of Bussum, and nature. Amsterdam is a half-hour train ride from station Naarden-Bussum, a 10-minute walk from our home.
