In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

2027 Summer Bookings open 10/1, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for schedule. “Allstar Village” schedule does not align with us. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! We're 3 miles from famous Ommegang, and 2 other breweries! 20 miles south is Hanford Mills, an authentic 19th century water powered factory!
