The Annexe is located in a quiet neighbourhood just a 5 minute walk into Wadebridge Town. The amenities within Wadebridge include a leisure centre, supermarkets, lovely unique shops, cinema, takeaways, restaurants and cafes. Wadebridge also has the camel trail where you can cycle or walk to either Padstow or Bodmin. The nearest beaches are only a 15 minute drive. Other points of interest are The Eden project 13 miles away, Padstow 7 miles away and the lovely city of Truro less than an hour away.

This self contained flat is attached to a family home but with it's own private entrance to the front and rear. It is situated in the beautiful hamlet of Bodieve which is a fantastic central location to travel to the nearby popular tourist destinations of Padstow, Rock, Polzeath and Port Isaac. Enter into a hallway then from here into a spacious bedroom with a king size bed and TV. Another door leads into a kitchenette, fitted with a fridge, sink area, microwave, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities. Access to a shower room is off the kitchenette and also leads to a roomy lounge providing a sofa, TV, dining table and a desk area. A 5 min walk to town centre.
