So z.B. wurde Dielboden aus echten Holz,Marmor Platten in Bad/Flur. Bei Gestaltung habe ich auch meine Lebensphilosophie berücksichtigt, die dadurch das schwediche Wort “Lagom “ zum Ausdruck kommt, was so viel bedeutet auf Schwedisch wie : “nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig “ oder auch “ gerade recht”. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

There are restaurants, fruit markets nearby. The building is not so beautiful and modernized from the outside, but the apartment has enough conditions to feel comfortable.
