Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Iznajmljuje se polovina kuće, odnosno desna strana (gledajući s mora). U lijevoj strani živi vlasnik. Bazen i terase su na raspolaganju isključivo gostima.

The rustic stone house, approximately 115 years old, was renovated in 2003. Our passion for connecting with guests and the opportunity to offer rentals drives us to new challenges each year. The house accommodates 4 people and also has a sofa for an additional 2 guests. The pool is exclusively for guests' use, as is the parking. Wi-Fi is also available. The nearest beach, Rabac, is 20 minutes away.
