The fall colors are spectacular for a hike up scenic Highway 88! Our apartment is located under our main house, with its own keyless private entrance. You'll enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting among tall pines, with wildlife abound. Amador County is rich in gold mining history, and has many charming gold rush towns for you to visit. If your travel journeys include both Yosemite and Lake Tahoe, we are conveniently located between the two ( 2 1/2 hours from Yosemite, and 1 1/2 from Tahoe)

Plan a comfortable stay for 1-2 guests in this quaint studio, formerly an artist’s space that marries central location with a peaceful neighborhood setting. Plenty of windows bathe the space in natural light. You’ll be enchanted by the modest layout and appealing décor. You’ll find everything you need here for your stay including a kitchenette, private patio and Wi-Fi. Plan wonderful outings to nearby UC Davis campus and the local farmers market (berries! apples! flowers! cheese! cider!).

Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Ranch Guest Suite

Peaceful, quiet and private guest house on 20 acres near the town of Penn Valley in Nevada County, California. Our place has a remote feel but is only 25 minutes from Grass Valley. This is the place to relax, be in nature and/or visit the nearby historic towns of Grass Valley, Nevada City, Ananda Village, the West Coast Falconry, and numerous wineries. Do note that this guest house does NOT have a kitchen, only a small frig and a microwave and a hot plate on request.

Truckee River Bike House

ON THE TRUCKEE RIVER right in the historic downtown area, our little place is a 2 block walk to restaurants and shopping. You’ll love our place because you can sit inside or in bed and watch the river flow by. It's a peaceful place, new and modern, private and the middle of it all. It's not just a place to stay, it's a destination. QUIET people only please. We have a firm sofa sleeper. we have a couple of other mattresses we can bring in if you prefer a softer bed.

The East Sac Hive, Guest Studio

The East Sac Hive guest studio is in the center of Sacramento’s finest neighborhood built in the 1920’s, and we are proud to share our city with you. Our studio is quaint and cozy, but offers all of the amenities you would expect in a comfortable space. The micro studio is about 230 square feet and the perfect size for two adults or an adult and child. Maybe you'll even get to see the buzzing activity of our urban bee hive on the roof!

Close to Downtown, Cal Expo, Airport, Sac State, UC, Davis, Discovery Park, and Golden One Center. Hiking Trails and River access close by. Cottage is located centrally 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and Sacramento State, 5 minutes to the Arden Fair mall. It is a larger cottage style suite with its own entrance. Enjoy the charm of historic Nevada City (5 min drive), hike on the nearby trails, take in the beauty of the Yuba river (20 mins away), then relax in the hot tub under a million stars in an evergreen forest... Comfy 1-bedroom guest suite in lower level of our mountain-style home with private entrance. Includes kitchenette, bathroom with shower, exclusive use of hot tub (on open deck) and firepit (wood provided).

Private Studio in Tahoe Paradise

Enjoy your own private studio, with private entrance on a quiet street surrounded by National Forest. The studio has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, private bathroom, lounge area with a gas fire place and kitchenette. We are surrounded by lots of great mountain bike/hiking trails, 15 minutes to the lake, and three ski resorts within a thirty minute drive. Perfect location for a fun stay.
