On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, our luxury 16 foot Shepherd's Hut was built and professionally fitted in 2021. It has a shower room with WC, a log burner, fitted bed, kitchen unit with mini fridge and inside dining table. Outside there is 16x9' external decking with a gas BBQ, chiminea, seating and far-reaching views. The hut is on our own 3.5 acre smallholding with tranquility and lots of wildlife to enjoy We do not allow dogs inside the hut but we can provide a kennel

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and fire wood provided, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated shower room is close to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs. Please note there is no WiFi.

It is entirely self-contained (double bed, kitchen area and shower/toilet, all connected to the mains supply) with its own entrance from the country lane, its own garden and surrounded by beautiful Herefordshire countryside and wildlife. It is ideally placed for walking and cycling, exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing with a book.

Step out of the rat race and off-grid at The Shepherds Hut at Broad Oak. Enjoy the back-drop of the Malvern Hills, tranquillity and lack of people. Near Upton on Severn and Malvern, there are plenty of eating opportunities if you don't want to self-cater. The hut is a 300m walk from the car park so pack light, bring coat, wellies and a torch; it gets dark here! Private compost loo. Private shower. Shared conventional wc at carpark.
