The Perfect Little Place+parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The aparment is newly renovated and completely refurnished. We thought of every single detail in creating it. As one guest described “all the comfort of a home with conveniences of a hotel”. The bedroom can be completely darkened. An extra comfortable queen bed with white satin bedlinen promises good rest. A modern small bathroom has a walk in shower. Heated floor. All towels in white cotton for upscale hygiene standard. Cozy living room. Enjoy😉

The Main Square Penthouse is situated right on the Zagreb main square, Jelacic square, number 4, fourth floor, as central as it gets, just a few steps to all the city sites, museums, restaurants, stores etc. The view from the apartment is amazing, to the famous Dolac food market, the cathedral and the Upper town. We can arrange a taxi pick up/drop off at the airport, with additional charge, and also provide a parking lot in a private garage, 100 meters from the apartment, free of charge.

Home in Zagreb... near city center..

Start a pleasant and relaxing day on a beautiful balcony overlooking one of the main streets of Zagreb. Feel at home while enjoying warm and cozy newly renovated, spacious and fully equipped apartment. Explore the city by walk or take the tram as the station is 50m away. The main bus station is within 10 min walking distance. The neighborhood is very peaceful with lots of parks, great coffee houses & restaurants. Beautiful, modern family house in the countryside, just a 12 minute bus ride to the centre of the city (bus stop practically outside the gate). The space is the whole upper floor which is a private bedroom, bathroom and an open mezzanine chill out/work area. Plenty of free parking. The view down to Zagreb is stunning and you are just 1km away from hikes in the Sljeme NP forest. We are a well traveled family and look forward to welcoming guests to our beautiful home and city.

Studio apartman OAZA Nalazi se u mirnom okruženju i izvrsnoj lokaciji u blizini samog centra grada i trgovačkih centara. Studio apartman ima 65 m kvadratnih zatvorenog prostora i 33 kvadrata terase, te raspolaže sa tri glavna ležaja plus pomočni. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

Kuću okružuje prekrasna priroda, dok apartman nudi prekrasan pogled na rijeku, slapove i planinu. Apartman sadrži potpuno opremljenu kuhinju, spavaću sobu te kupatilo.
