Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

Welcome to The Farmhouse at 10 Park Place - A unique 1 bedroom first floor apartment. This apartment has received the full treatment: new everything! Sit back & relax in front of the fireplace while enjoying the 55" smart TV or a good book. A complete kitchen allows guests to make a full meal & the dining table with 4-seats allows guests to sit down to enjoy it. The chaise sofa converts into a full bed for a 2nd sleeping area. This lovely renovated 3-room apartment is attached to our 1885 Vermont italianate home, located is historic Middletown Springs, Vermont. We have been working on restoring this house, listed on Vermont's registry of historic homes, for a dozen years now. The apartment has its own entrance, full kitchen, and one spacious bedroom. The third room is a large sitting room with a shower and closet bath. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch, meet our chickens, and explore our garden.

Airbnb @ Sweet & Savory Farmette

Welcome to the AirBnB situated on a small working farm. You are welcome to tour the grounds to say hello to all the animals. This place is for the birds! No really you will enjoy watching chickens, ducks, emus, geese, guinea fowl, and peafowl. The farm is also home to a herd of beautiful alpaca and resident llama, curious goats, and barn cats. There are working livestock guardian dogs who watch over the herd who will greet you from behind the fence.
