The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

Privately positioned at the back of our leafy garden with separate access and gated off street parking away from the main house, Studio 68 is located just a two minute walk from the North Hobart strip and a 20 minute walk to Salamanca and Hobart's waterfront. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

This 2 bedroom/2 story townhouse is equipped with a new kitchen and bathroom. It is only a 10-minute drive from the Hobart CBD and the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA). It is a short walk (5 minutes) from numerous cafes and restaurants and a Woolworths supermarket. Public transport is conveniently situated on the main road (also a 5-minute walk away). The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas cooktop, and microwave. The bathroom is new and has a heated tiled floor.
