Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. Brand new home in a quiet and nice neighborhood. This home has many custom features throughout with all brand new furniture and bedding. One bedroom has a queen bed with 55" TV. the other bedroom has a double bed with a 55" TV. This house has a large custom kitchen with granite counters and all stainless steel appliances. The garage has polished concrete floors with a 70" TV along with arcade games and a beverage fridge.
