The cottage is located in the countryside village of Ballymacarbry which is situated at the foot of the Nire Valley and is perfect for hikers, with beautiful walking paths. Cyclists with the winding roads of the Sean Kelly circuit and walkers with the many woodland trails. The cottage is also a 10 minute drive from the Comeragh Mountains.

Located in the countryside close to Bansha village (near Kilshane House) and minutes from some of Ireland's best hiking, the cottage is a little over an hour from Shannon or Cork airports, and two from Dublin. The perfect retreat for small families, friend trips, those home to visit or relocating.

Urban Tranquilatree

Access to the tree house can be conducted by phone so you don't meet anyone. All contact surfaces are cleaned using dettol wipes and linen is washed at 60 deg. This is a real tree house, fully insulated, 6m off the ground. It faces south with views of the city. It is situated in our garden but screened by trees giving privacy. It consists of a bedroom with a deck at the top level and a bathroom on the level below. Cork city centre is a 5 min. walk. Access to the city is via a STEEP HILL.

Nellie’s house

This picturesque bungalow is situated in a valley in between the picturesque Galtee and Knockmealdown mountains with beautiful views from the house of both. This house is situated a 5 minute walk from the local village and has a large garden with ample parking space. It is conveniently located, with it being 15 minutes from the towns of Mitchelstown and Cahir and is only 7 minutes from the M8 motorway. The local village has a shop, 2 pubs, school, church, and community centre .
