The open floor plan of the house is designed around the natural setting of the property and facilitates a 270 degree view of Grand Traverse bay and the surrounding orchards. Very cute and cozy log home located on a 7 acre wooded lot! Great central location for everything that Northern Michigan has to offer!! 3.5 miles from Interlochen Arts Academy. Traverse City and Crystal Mountain are only 20 miles away and "The Most Beautiful Place in America" Sleeping bear Dunes is only 35 minutes away. Lost lake pathway is just a mile and half down the road which is great for hiking and biking!

This 1904 home has been loved by our family for more than 40 years. It's been renovated with a fun mixture of farmhouse, vintage, and whimsical vibes to welcome guests. The upstairs is open and spacious with a tricky old staircase...please use caution! The downstairs has a small but fully functional kitchen, living area has a cozy electric fireplace, and the bathroom is sparkling clean.
