Our modern cottage is available for up to 4 people. The property comprises of 2 bedrooms (1x 6ft King Size bed, 1x 4ft double bed), 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. To the rear is a conservatory and garden with and Fire pit and garden furniture. Located on a quiet country road just 500 yards from the A580, you can access Manchester with in 30 minutes. Across from the property you will find beautiful country side for a nice evening stroll. The village pub is 100yds up the road.

Fairhouse barn

This charming Barn conversion half an hour from both Manchester and Liverpool. Chester is an hour away and a little further you can enjoy the Lake District that is if you have enjoyed the log burner, the fire pit with retractable awning for those cooler nights, the hot tub with a glass of champagne. Take your chances with 7ft pool/air hockey or table tennis against friends and family in the games room. Have a lovely meal in the dinning room or a snack in the kitchen/conservatory .

The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
