Also you are only 10minutes to the city centre or 10 minutes to the bike trail which will take you all the way out along the coast to the seaside village of Howth. A self-contained 1 bed apartment adjoining a mature family house. The flat has its own entrance. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

A warm comfortable space located at the side of our house completely separate from the main house with its own front door and privacy. Facilities include en-suite, kettle, tea & coffee, wifi, towels, hairdryer and iron. Host on hand if needed. Walking distance of sea and an array of places to eat & drink within walking distance. Only 15 min bus journey or 5 min train (DART) journey to the city centre. A 5 minute walk from St Anne’s Park & close to Howth & Malahide. Parking available.

Come and have an authentic experience in one of Dublin's special Georgian apartments, situated on Mountjoy Square, in the heart of Dublin's North Georgian core, and just minutes from O'Connell Street. The large studio faces East and is flooded with light from the three full-length windows overlooking the gardens of Mountjoy Square. Built in 1792 both house and apartment retain all their original features, combined with modern comforts. It is approximately 400 sq. ft, or 38m2.

Everyone adored our closeness to the phoenix park..There are many activities in the park including the zoo, the hop on hop off bus, segways, rent a bike to name a few.
