The house is available to be rented as a whole unit, but it also can be divided into two independent apartments: "El Badiu" and "El Jardi". "El Badiu" (The Veranda) is a 180 m2 duplex apartment equipped with a master suite and two junior suites, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen-dining space, spacious living room with fireplace and a spectacular sunny veranda terrace facing south, with exclusive views over the old quarter of Girona. Its capacity is up to 6 people. Facilities include free WiFi broadband Internet access, plasma TV with satellite channels, DVD and sound system with iPod connection. Services like breakfast, grocery purchase, private chef, baby sitter, daily cleaning or private parking on the property are available upon request
