Actually a 4 minute walk to the Beach. A room with own entrance via the patio, 17 square meter room, double bed, TV, WiFi, own bathroom, (shower and toilet) and a 8 square meter patio. The house is at the top of a hill if you don't have a car you'll have to walk uphill to get home. We now have a kitchen, there's a cooker with two hotplates, an extractor, the microwave and fridge from before and a sink, see the photos... There is also a full length mirror. Recent addition, awning in the patio.

Hay un parque a dos minutos , una tabla de ping pong y una pista poliesportiva, también hay una piscina pública de temporada a dos minutos de la casa. En la zona se puede hacer excursiones a pie, en bicicleta. También se puede alquilar bicicleta eléctrica y hacer Cayac en el pantano de Sau.

Se encuentra en la tranquila urbanización Santa Caterina en plena naturaleza y en un entorno idílico del Parque Natural del Montgrí, las Islas Medes y el Bajo Ter. Un maravilloso lugar donde descansar y desconectar.
