Located on a very steep 3/4 acre property, you will be surrounded by nature. Deer, birds and the occasional black bear will delight you if you are quiet and patient. Just a four minute walk to Hopkins Landing, where a dock and sandy beach await. It’s the perfect place for kids of all ages (and their dog!), to play or just relax!

Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. Picnic on the beach and the sandbar out front.

Roy Road Cottage is set on the backdrop of our waterfront property just a 5 min drive to the centre of Roberts Creek & a 15 minute drive to the Langdale ferry terminal. We have private beach access right off the property. Well off the main road our waterfront acreage is a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate. Our cottage is perfect for couples, business & solo travelers as well as families with or without kids. We are open to long term rentals over the winter. Please enquire about pricing.

3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room (2 sofa beds), kitchen & patio. Located in a quiet area with a park across the street with a soccer field, playground, frisbee golf course and a dog park. A short 7min drive from the ferry and just a couple minutes to restaurants, shopping, beaches & local artisans. Max Guest is 6. This includes infants. Easy access to lots of walking trails that connect Upper and Lower Gibsons- using the trail you are a 10 minute walk to Secret beach. In Lower Gibsons you will find a variety of boutique shops, restaurants, cafes, art galleries, the Gibsons Public Market, and Marina and Boardwalk. Upper Gibsons offers shopping, cafes, the Blackfish pub, and the 101 Brewery and Distillery.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
