Located on a very steep 3/4 acre property, you will be surrounded by nature. Deer, birds and the occasional black bear will delight you if you are quiet and patient. Just a four minute walk to Hopkins Landing, where a dock and sandy beach await. It’s the perfect place for kids of all ages (and their dog!), to play or just relax!

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The Cabin is a super funky and laid back home away from home. Close to Gibsons (5min), Sechelt (15min) and the quaint Roberts Creek Village, home of the famous Gumboot Cafe. Quiet, relaxing and peaceful. This well appointed cottage has everything you need to enjoy your stay. **Please vote that the BBQ has been put away for the winter season.

Only a few minutes drive from the ferry, you will feel like you've escaped somewhere special when you're staying in this very private, newly built cabin.
