Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

We are just one mile from the Bushmills distillery and two miles from the Giant's Causeway. We are in the country yet close to all amenities. The beautiful North Coast is only two miles from here at Portballintrae, a surfer's paradise. The ruins of Dunluce Castle are well worth a visit as you tour the coast to Portrush and Portstewart where golfers will be spoilt for choice. We have great views of the sea and surrounding countryside and you can watch the sun setting over Portballintrae harbour.

Ballinastraid Farm Cottage is a cosy self-catering cottage situated in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty close to Whitepark Bay and just off the main Causeway Coastal Route. Beautiful property inside and out with the most stunning views of Royal Portrush Golf Course and only a stones through away from whiterocks beach. This home really need to be seen to be appreciated in its full entirety. Enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and watch the sun set over the Whiterocks, take romantic walks along the beach or head into Portrush (1 mile away) for a night to remember. Once you stay one or two nights you will want to come back again.
