Apartamento situado en un pequeño edificio de mi propiedad. Puerta de acceso desde la calle hasta el primer apartamento en la planta 1 y el segundo apartamento en la puerta 2. En la tercera planta hay una terraza de 40 m2 con jardín con plantas y mobiliario para uso compartido de los dos apartamentos. Un espacio encantador de relax y desconexión.

Muy luminoso, con una terraza llena de plantas tropicales, en la que disfrutar de un buen desayuno o relajarse con una copa de vino. Uso no turístico de corta duración. Bien situado, al lado del parque de Madrid río y Matadero, a 15 minutos andando de Sol, Museo Reina Sofía, El Rastro, y la estación de tren de Atocha.
