Ludwig Guesthouse at Lagodekhi protected areas

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden. We serves home-cooked Megrelian food.

Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view.

We offer our guests two separated identical cottages, each one has one bathroom, one bedroom, a studio room with a TV, a comfy sitting space, a mini kitchen, and a loft-style bedroom. our space is specious with interior design and decorations, made with ecological clean stuff. Our mountain house with private parking is a 45 min drive away from the capital Tbilisi and has breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Jinvali. In the summer horses can be seen grazing at the foot of the lake. Just 5 minutes from Ananuri's castle it's a unique place to explore and relax in the Georgian mountains. Your host will be Katy who speaks Russian and Georgian.
