The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).
