The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building.This is a perfect spot to stay while enjoying this beautiful historic town.

The Loft at Indigo is a one bedroom apartment at the center of Historic Downtown Georgetown South Carolina. Downstairs from the apartment are many restaurants, shops and a Bakery. It is a newly renovated space in a building built in 1843 just off the boardwalk and by the historic clock tower. The apartment has a view of Front Street and the historic Strand Theater.
