Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.
