Great sea view house on island Hvar

Beautiful old stone house next to the sea, it is situated in one basin called Lučica on southeast part of island Hvar. It is only 20 meters from small beach. We have just one neighbor in our basin. There is no electricity, we use gas instead and solar energy for light. We have drinking water in a well. There is 6 bedroom, one bathroom and living room with kitchen in the house. Also we have private parking space near the house. In front of the house we have barbecue and lot of space for sitting and enjoy in the sun. There is no traffic, you can come by your car, it is 3 kilometers far from main road and public transit. It is 35 kilometers from StariGrad ferry port.

Lugares de interés: It is very near Jelsa and at 3,5 km to another village called Vrboska. In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!.
