USA Suite ~ a Peaceful Location in New River, AZ

Get away from city lights in this well appointed peaceful space. Gorgeous desert views! From every window you will gaze out on cacti. This 2 bed, 1 bath attached suite is self contained with a full size kitchen, open living area, and washer/dryer. There is a common wall with the main house. The bathroom is located in the main bedroom. ⚠️Guests staying in the 2nd bedroom walk through the main bedroom to access the bathroom. ⚠️ No pets or service animals due to our family allergies. It is surrounded by the beautiful desert with mountain and city light views. There are biking and hiking trails nearby. Our property is close to 2 highways (I-17 and 101). We are about 25 minutes from downtown Phoenix, 25 min. from Sky Harbor Airport. We are 15 min from North Scottsdale.
