A cooker, fridge, fire place, wi-fi, free parking; a washing machine. 1200 m to the city center & cafes. 700 m to walking trails along the river. A cozy place with everything you might need. Place surrounded by pines and river, but only few minutes away from city. You can use our hot tub for extra charge - 50 EUR/day +20 EUR each next day We offer a variety of things to do - Bicycles, Paddle, katamaran, yacht and boat rides, waterfun with skies and rubber puffs, waterbike and other for extra charge. We offer moto and car rental, if necessary. Also you can use our games, puzzles, volleyball, badminton etc. we have for free.

Modern & Peaceful Guest house near the Waters!

Cozy, peaceful and natural private guest house in the middle of the forest between the river (150m) and the tranquil, sandy beach (900m). We can offer (for additional cost): • bikes • boats • sailing boats • canoe boats • sups/paddleboarding • water bicycles Available barbecue and bonfire place, playground and toys for kids. Also, you can be in the Riga center in 30min if you drive by a car and in 50min if you use the bus, that stops only 50m from the house. Visit & enjoy!

Adorable Saunahouse with Patio, near Lake Viljandi

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Puuküttega saunamaja kamina ja eesruumiga, kus on ööbimiseks 2-inimese lahtikäiv diivanvoodi (155x190cm). Sobib paarile, kes naudib privaatsust looduses ja omaette terrassi männipuu all. Majutus on 100% iseteenindusega. Sauna kütmiseks kulub ca 1-1,5h. Saunarätid, käterätid, voodilinad ja joogivesi tuleb kaasa võtta. Tekid ja padjad olemas (50x60cm). Pesemiseks on dušš ja saab nautida tiigis suplust.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.
