It sits within a sparsely populated area of Gauja National Park where passing wildlife is more common than humans. Nature takes care of entertainment, inspires and provokes. Life doesn’t just take place indoors, it flows betweeen the exterior and interior with the terrace and windows facilitating.

The cozy captains house is situated in the heart of a characterful village. We rent out 120m2 ground floor with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, shower & toilet. Sunset veranda and a large sunny garden. A large parking. All main authorities (stores, bus stop, museum, coffee, rescue & police, outdoor gym etc) are approx 0.2km from the house . The Via Baltic Road and Circle K gas station is 1.2 km away. Free WiFi (cable connection).

Authentic old Jurmala living in historical cottage since start of 20th centure. For recreation in all seasons. Include 2 bedrooms, living room with studio kitchen, shower room, oven and green open air place for barbeque. There are trampoline, toys and kids house in the yard. In summer we usually have kids and another guests in the yard. Attention! There are 2 euro entry pass in Jurmala since 1st April till 1st October! Внимание!

Only 10 minutes from Riga (Krogsils, Ķekava) and you are already in a peaceful rest house with sauna and hot tub. There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals. The price includes a fully equipped house, sauna, firewood, dishes, towels, washing machine, bed linen, charcoal for grill, etc.
