This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

The Little House sits just beside our home (though has it’s own driveway and entrance) so we’re not too far away if ever there is a problem. Within walking distance is the beautiful river Monnow, perfect for a dip on a summer day, a historic castle, beautiful church and gastro pub. The Little House is a strictly No Smoking property.

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Stay on a working sheep farm

New Listing for 2020. The Parlour is a stone built 19th converted milking parlour on the site of a 150 acre working sheep farm, on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Grosmont in Monmouthshire. The village is where you will find the local pub, village shop and the ruined Norman castle. Monmouth and Ross-On-Wye are both 10 miles away, Abergavenny and Hereford are 14 miles away. Its Rural location make it great for walkers as we are close to the Three Castle's Walk.

Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

Relax and enjoy a stay on a smallholding in Herefordshire. The upper floor of a one bedroomed annex with its own shower-room. On the landing is a small area with facilities to make your own breakfast, including microwave and three quarter size fridge. Own entrance, a small patio area at front. Off road parking. Hosts live in the main house. The accommodation is on the edge of a village so no street lighting. Village shop and local pub in walking distance.
