Though the highlight of this property is most probably the hanging gardens (Garden of Eden) which leads to a terrace which offers place for around 40-50 people to sit and celebrate any kind of event. Our property is located on the top of the hill 15 minutes' drive from the Centre of Yerevan TV station. We have a great view, fruit garden, 80 sq.m terrace on your own to enjoy your free time and the sunshine. Your room has a separate entrance from the house through the terrace. The bus stop is in front of our house and you can take a bus for 100 dram (0.25 cent) to the center of Yerevan. If you stay with us for 5 and more days I will serve you with one lunch or one dinner in our house.
