The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Crag Wood View Annexe

A beautiful garden annex with a separate kitchen and shower room over-looking Crag Wood located in our back garden.We are located just on the edge of Gargrave, and just a short walk to the Main Street where you can find x2 Yorkshire dales pubs, a co-op, pharmacy, cafe and some local shops. There is a bus stop a few minutes walk away, with bus services to Skipton, Settle and Malham.Please note the kitchen/bathroom are separate from the annexe & are accessed via a separate door directly next door.

Toll Bar House 2 Bed Cottage in Gargrave

Toll Bar House is a beautiful grade II listed cottage located in Gargrave on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. Stepping Stone View is located in the beautiful village of Gargrave, overlooking the River Aire. The village has a handy shop, 2 pubs, tea room and Indian restaurant all within a couple of minutes walk. Situated on the Pennine way the village has great access to the Yorkshire Dales with Malham a 15 minute drive away. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 king-size and a twin. Downstairs you will find a cosy lounge with log burner leading to the kitchen diner. There is a generous garden with a seating area.

The Rabbit Hole is beautiful hideaway in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walking & cycling in the surrounding countryside. Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. 1845 Menagerie

The 1845 Menagerie is a one bedroom apartment located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is situated on the ground floor of a terrace property and is all on one level. There is a parking space for one car at the rear of the property. It is accessed through an archway which measures 2.8 metres wide. Several early morning opening cafes are nearby and Marks and Spencers Simply Food is just around the corner. I live across the road so I am on hand if you need anything

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night.
